Which version of excel you are exporting your project file to? although it has the support to export o excel 97-2003. And while export, do you select excel template or selected data?
I have an excel sheet in which there are near about 7000 entries of long text. When I copy and paste into MS Access Database columns (at once) it does not paste all Data in rows. It missed Data after 255 words.
In Excel 2007, you need to click the "Office Button" in the top left corner. Scroll down to Server. Select Excel Services Options. A pop up menu should appear with all the named items in your workbook. You need to make sure that whatever you want to appear on Sharepoint is selected (checked) in that menu.
