I'm trying to download a file from google chrome but the download doesn't complete. It goes all the way up to 1.8GB/1.8GB and gets stuck there, doesn't finish no matter how long I wait.

You will be able to download and use Creaminstaller on your PC by running the program, just allow it to scan your PC for games, select the game, press okay and then generate the DLC's and press okay and it should pretty much be working.
